Aurora Group originates from a family passion that, since the 1950s, has evolved into a unique and modern industrial ecosystem.
Today we are a strong, integrated group, where tradition and innovation coexist in balance, driven by the same values that made us a reference point: dedication to work, professionalism, ethics, and care for people.
Our management consists of people who grew up with the company, each day sustaining the same entrepreneurial energy of the beginning, tackling the challenges of the future with confidence and determination.
Our origins
The origins of Aurora Group go back to the 1950s, when Igino Aurora, in the post‑war period, had the courage to start a small foundry to build a pump motorcycle. From that idea, the first motor cultivator was born in 1952, and a few years later the first tracked tractor: the Aurora AC, designed in 1956 and powered by an 18 HP Slanzi engine.
From this pioneering impulse, an increasingly solid industrial ecosystem grew over the years, leading to the birth of Sicma in the 1960s and the development of complementary skills.
Today this long evolutionary journey takes new form in Aurora Group: a group young in structure, but strong with over fifty years of shared experience. The five companies that make up the Group combine their expertise to offer complete, reliable, and future‑oriented solutions.
